  • Milk
  • Yogurt
  • Raspberry or Blackberry preserves
  • Real fruit of choice

Preparation. Follow these steps for preparation.

  1. Put milk in a blender. More or less depending on how thick you want the drink.
  2. Put yogurt in a blender. More or less depending on how thick you want the drink.
  3. Add some fruit preserves (for sweetness) and/or real fruit of your choice.
  4. Blend.

Frozen Option. By freezing the drink it is possible to make a delicious and refreshing ice cream alternative.
