Consulting and Support Rates Increase Notification

Summary

20121129th-greg-johnson-218x261We last changed our consulting and support rates in January of 2012. Since then, for two years, our rates have remained the same.

To keep up with inflation and basic operation costs, we’re making a small increase in our hourly rates.

With this increase, our hourly fee is still less than what we were charging in 1998.

New Rate Structure

  • Personal Services: $75 per hour for on-site or phone support. Time billed includes round-trip travel time and 50 cents per mile.
  • Business Services: $95 per hour for on-site or phone support. Time billed includes round-trip travel time and 50 cents per mile.
  • Emergency Response: At our discretion, on-site support with a response time within 24 hours may be available. However, the rates are $95 per hour for personal services and $125 per hour for business services. These higher rates are charged to compensate for other appointments being cancelled on short notice.

Old Support Rates
