We were recently contacted by a business who wanted to market our services to their clients for $150 per hour, portal to portal – the same as their current rate for similar services. In the past we’ve charged $100 per hour for our services. However, each year we discover increasingly cost effective ways to run our operations. So, we pass the savings on to you and generally charge less today that we’ve charged in the past. Our current rate structure is as follows:
- Business Services: $85 per hour
- Personal Services: $65 per hour
- Emergency Response: At our discretion, on-site support with a response time within 24 hours may be available. However, the rates are $80 per hour for personal services and $100 per hour for business services.
- On-Site Trip Fee. Travel time is charged as follows:
- Local: $20 per trip (or time in transit at $65 an hour if greater than $20)
- Remote: $65 per hour for time on the road
- Global: We will travel anywhere in the world to provide services. However, transportation expenses must be paid in advance.
The above rates are for existing clients and referrals only. New clients will be provided with a rate schedule on a case by case basis. Rates are typically higher at first for new clients.
