I hope you’re doing well. Thanks for taking time to read the Resources for Life monthly newsletter.
I’ve been overseeing lending libraries in one form or another for decades. Part of my work at the University of Iowa was to help maintain and oversee a lending library of laptop computers, audio equipment, and other devices. I’ve had a similar lending arrangement with my consulting business. It’s a way to give people access to technology without them having to purchase it. I’ve setup a page on the Resources For Life website to describe the Tech Library and some of the equipment that’s available. Learn more at ResourcesForLife.com/tech-library.
Since last month’s newsletter I’ve posted one article to the Resources for Life website. You can view it on the recent content page.
This month’s Heart Songs selection is “Nights in White Satin” performed live by the Moody Blues on a recent tour celebrating the 50th anniversary of their landmark album, Days of Future Passed. Fun fact about the performance… Justin Hayward, the lead singer and guitarist, is playing a 12-string McPherson guitar (a Wisconsin company). Feel free to skip or close any ads preceding these videos or overlaid on them.
I want to thank the global team of volunteers, contributors, and workers “behind the scenes” who help make all this possible. I’m very grateful to the many people who continue to uphold and advance the mission of Resources for Life. Thanks again for your support. Please let me know if there is any way that Resources for Life can serve you better.
