Today we talk with another man who has taken the reins of a troubled institution during unprecedented times. In December, Doug Rodriguez was asked by his superintendent to take over a school that received five failing marks in five years- Miami Central Senior High If the school failed again, it would be taken over or shut down. Doug has been charged with turning things around in a matter of weeks. The test scores came back last week and to his great pleasure, Doug says the data shows tremendous improvement already.” [More]
