I hope you’re doing well. Thanks for taking time to read this month’s newsletter.

This month’s Heart Songs selection is “Scars to Your Beautiful” by Alessia Cara. For the full effect, you’ll want to listen on a good stereo system or nice set of headphones. There are four versions of the song below. The message of the song is about body acceptance and it serves as an anthem for that message. The various versions convey the message differently.
Live at the MTV VMAs (2017)
Billboard Women in Music Live Acoustic (2016)
Personal Stories Version (2016)
Original Audio Track (2015)
I want to thank the global team of volunteers, contributors, and workers “behind the scenes” who help make all this possible. I’m very grateful to the many people who continue to uphold and advance the mission of Resources for Life. Thanks again for your support. Please let me know if there is any way that Resources for Life can serve you better.
