Unlimited Home Phone: Service applies to 1 residential phone line with direct-dial, local and nationwide long distance voice calling from home phone, including Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands; excludes commercial use, call center, data and facsimile services (each may be billed at $0.10/minute), conference lines, directory and operator assistance, chat lines, pay-per-call, calling card use, or multi-housing units. Usage will be monitored for compliance and service may be suspended/terminated for noncompliance. If usage consistently exceeds 5,000 minutes/mo., customer may be moved to another plan. International calling billed separately.

Prepayment: If offer requires monthly prepayment with a credit or debit card, service will begin on the date your order is completed and full payment is processed. Depending on your location, subsequent prepaid payments will be due either every 30 days or on the same date of each month. Service automatically renews monthly until cancelled by customer. When cancelling service on any day other than the last day of your billing cycle, all monthly rates, fees, and taxes, will apply in full and payments received for unused service will not be refunded or credited to account. To cancel, customer must log-in to account portal and click cancel to place the request.

Secure WiFi: If your modem includes the Secure WiFi feature, it should begin working within 72 hours of activating as long as you fully install it and leave it plugged in.
